This Privacy Policy explains what information H5 Browser Games ("we", "us"), operated by Takenick Innovation, collects when you visit h5browsergames.com and play our free HTML5 games, and how that information is used. We do not require accounts, logins, or registration to play.
Information we collect
No account or registration is needed to play. Our site and its service providers process technical and usage information, which may include identifiers and is not necessarily anonymous:
- Device, browser type, operating system and screen size
- Pages visited, game pages opened, referring pages, approximate region and technical request information, including IP addresses during delivery or collection
- Cookies and similar identifiers used for advertising and analytics, subject to the applicable consent settings
- Your email address, name if supplied, message contents and attachments when you contact us for support, advertising enquiries or privacy requests
We use this information to deliver and protect the site, measure usage and performance, support advertising, and respond to your messages. Aggregated reports do not mean that every collection step is anonymous. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
Cookies and consent
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, our initial Google Consent Mode settings deny advertising and analytics storage. Google's consent management platform, managed through AdSense Privacy & Messaging, presents the applicable choices and communicates consent updates. Initial settings in other regions may differ. Google tags may send consent or cookieless measurement requests while storage is denied; denied storage does not mean that all network requests stop.
Where Google's European regulations message is displayed, use the Privacy and cookie settings control that Google adds at the bottom of the page to reopen the message and change or withdraw consent. Google may display other privacy choices where applicable. These controls are supplied by Google's consent platform. Browser settings can separately block or delete cookies, but do not replace changing your choice in the consent message. Advertising
We display ads through Google AdSense and show in-game ads through the Google AdSense H5 Games Ads programme. Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure ads, including personalised ads where permitted. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages opened and other site interactions. Reports help us improve the site. Measurement may include page URLs, referrers, device and browser information, approximate location, and cookie-based identifiers where the applicable consent settings allow them. Opening a game page is recorded as a game-entry event; it does not establish that the game has finished loading or that gameplay has begun.
Google explains that Analytics processes IP addresses during collection without logging or storing them in Analytics. This handling is separate from advertising click-identifier redaction. The site's advertising redaction setting concerns supported Google advertising requests when advertising storage is denied; it is not a GA4 IP configuration. Cloudflare delivery and measurement
We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the site. Website delivery and security can involve technical request data such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information. Cloudflare's Google Tag Gateway serves Google tag resources through this site's domain and forwards measurement requests to Google. A first-party address does not mean that the information stays only with us or that consent choices are bypassed.
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page usage and loading performance through its performance beacon. Its measurements include page and referrer information and browser performance timings. Cloudflare describes this beacon as not using cookies or browser storage for these measurements. This is separate from Google Analytics and advertising processing. Third-party games
Games are licensed third-party HTML5 titles hosted on our site. While you play, a game may load assets and may interact with the advertising SDK described above. We do not sell your personal information.
Children
Some games are suitable for children, but this site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us for removal.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, or to opt out of personalised advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (for example under GDPR in the EEA/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California). To exercise any right, email us and we will respond as required by law.
Data retention & security
Retention of analytics and advertising information depends on the provider, data type and applicable account settings. Support correspondence is stored in the email systems used to handle your request. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion, subject to applicable requirements. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect the information we process. Google, Cloudflare and other providers may process information in countries other than yours under their applicable terms and safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
